a. Will the Basic Experience Bonus's cross-margin affect the main account funds?
A: No, as each account is independent.
b. If the Basic Experience Bonus Coupon expires, will the current positions and history orders still exist?
A: No, if the Coupon expires, positions and history orders will be automatically closed or canceled by Deepcoin.
c. Where does the profit go if a coupon expires with untransferred profits?
A: If a coupon expires but has untransferred profits, the system will automatically place these profits into the pending withdrawal amount of the Basic Experience Bonus.
d. How to End the Use of a Current Basic Experience Bonus Coupon?
A: The use of a current Basic Experience Bonus coupon can be ended if the experience bonus balance is insufficient, if the coupon expires, or if the profits from the experience bonus are transferred. Any of these actions will conclude the use of the current experience bonus coupon.
e. Why Might a Task or Coupon Disappear?
A: First, once a task is successfully claimed, it will be displayed in 'My Coupons.' Secondly, if the task or coupon exceeds its deadline, Deepcoin will uniformly reclaim it. If the claimed experience bonus, gift bonus, or deduction bonus tasks require meeting location conditions, they will not be displayed once out of the applicable range. Therefore, all these situations are considered normal.
f. Why Didn't I Receive Benefits After Meeting the Conditions?
A: If users meet the claiming conditions, they need to go to the Bonus Center within the specified time to claim the benefit. After a task is successfully claimed, it changes into a coupon, which involves the issue of the coupon expiration. Therefore, Deepcoin adopts a non-automatic distribution method, requiring users to claim in person while logged in.
g. Why Can't Experience Bonus, Gift Bonus, or Deduction Bonus be Claimed Multiple Times?
A: To ensure the fair distribution of benefits, Deepcoin enforces a rule that the same type of task reward cannot be claimed multiple times on the same device. Specific rules are based on actual activity regulations. If users receive such reminders during the use period, it's because the current device has already been used to claim this type of task reward for another account.
h. Why Can't Experience Bonus be Transferred in Installments?
A: First, the experience bonus is divided into three types: the regular and convertible types in the Basic Experience Bonus, and the Enhanced Experience Bonus. For the first type, the regular Basic Experience Bonus, Deepcoin adopts a one-time transfer method, and once transferred, the experience bonus account will be cleared. The second type, the convertible experience bonus, allows multiple transfers based on the transfer ratio set in the rules. The third type, the Enhanced Experience Bonus, also features profit transfer or withdrawal followed by the recovery of the experience bonus.
i. Does the Pending Withdrawal Amount in the Basic Experience Bonus Have an Expiration Date?
A: No, the pending withdrawal amount has no expiration date and can be transferred until the user has transferred the entire amount.
j. How to Know if an Experience Bonus Task or Coupon is About to Expire?
A: Each task or coupon is marked with a clear expiration date, which users can check in the Bonus Center. If a task or coupon is within 24 hours of expiration, a notification of the benefit's expiration will pop up on the APP's homepage. Both the APP and PC versions will have textual markers for tasks or coupons about to expire, helping users quickly identify expiring benefits.
k. How to Check if a Current Trade Can Use Deduction Bonus?
A: If there is a usable Deduction Bonus coupon during a trade, the system will automatically apply it for the user. The proportion of the fee deduction coupon will be displayed in the open/close position confirmation popup. If the user has set not to be reminded again, this information will only be displayed in the closing information, allowing users to determine if there is a usable Deduction Bonus coupon based on the open/close position information prompts.
l. How to View the Specific Details of Fees Before and After Deduction Bonus?
A: The total original fee amount can be viewed in the history of orders, and the transaction details in the history orders support viewing the original fees and the actual charged fees. For more detailed explanations of deduction bonus-related fees, users can go to the transaction records and click on the trading fees to view them.
m. Why Doesn't the Pending Withdrawal Amount Record Deduction Bonus?
A: The pending withdrawal amount records details of profits from the experience bonus and gift bonus that have not yet been withdrawn. Since the Deduction Bonus is only used for fee expenses, it is not recorded in this amount.
n. Can a Deduction Bonus be Used in Conjunction with an Experience Bonus or Gift Bonus?
A: Deduction Bonus can be used in conjunction with Gift Bonus, but can not be used simultaneously with Experience Bonus. Moreover, users need to use the current Deduction Bonus coupon before claiming the next Deduction Bonus task.
o. Can Enhanced Experience Bonus be Used Simultaneously with Deduction Bonus, Gift Bonus, and Basic Experience Bonus?
A: Yes, when users simultaneously obtain a Deduction Bonus and an Enhanced Experience Bonus, the transaction records will prioritize displaying the deduction details of the Enhanced Experience Bonus. Note that the Enhanced Experience Bonus cannot deduct the fees and losses of the Basic Experience Bonus.
p. How to Know the Fee and Loss Deduction Situation of Enhanced Experience Bonus?
A: Users can view the specific fee and loss deduction details in the transaction records, which will clearly record the original fees and losses, as well as the actual fees and losses needed after deduction.
q. How to View the Remaining Amount and Deduction Situation of Enhanced Experience Bonus?
A: Firstly, the remaining amount of Enhanced Experience Bonus can be viewed in the coupon section, or by clicking on 'Income and Expenditure Details' for detailed inspection. 'Income and Expenditure Details' will clearly record key information such as the collection, deduction, recovery, and reissue of the experience bonus.
